Tutorial:

New image 750x750, white background
I did resize elements, most of them 70% and paper 85%
And all of the elements have a shadow

I started with the frame element KIT_SophisticatSimone_FallColors_f006

I duplicated the frame and erased the bottom portion so I have only 3 frames

I added paper KIT_SophisticatSimone_FallColors_p020

Resize by 60% and erase the excess of the background behind the frame

 I added elements in front of the frame:

KIT_SophisticatSimone_FallColors_e065
KIT_SophisticatSimone_FallColors_e030

All elements were resized by 50%

On the front of the tag, I added the WA1

I colorized the wordart

Adjust, hue & saturation, colorize

Hue 0 and saturation 151
